Courses can be accessed online at: http://training.fema.gov/IS

1. Select “NIMS Courses” on the left hand side of the screen.
2. Then select the appropriate course from the list at the bottom of the page. We suggest IS 100b (ICS 100) to start.
3. After selecting the course, on the right hand side you can also access Student Study Guide and course materials.
4. Take the final exam.
5. After successfully completing the course, email a copy of your certificate to oceanside.cert@gmail.com. A copy of this certificate will be filed in the City Archives.
